What you'll do:
- Own the monthly billing cycle for your assigned attorneys: draft, edit, and distribute prebills and proformas- Execute complex billing adjustments, write-downs, and rate changes with precision- Generate and distribute client invoices; submit LEDES e-billing through client platforms and clear rejections fast- Apply client billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines to time entries- Answer attorney and client billing inquiries with white-glove service- Catch discrepancies early and bring process improvements to the billing team
What you bring:
- 3+ years of legal billing or professional-services billing experience in a law firm.- Hands-on Aderant Elite 3E or Aderant experience required- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Month-end accuracy under high volume- Two-year degree preferred, or equivalent experience Competitive Big Law compensation package: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and parking/transit support, on a hybrid schedule.
