About the role
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Upper Mid-Market Account Manager will manage client relationships, uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and negotiate contract renewals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Increase net dollar retention through upsells and cross-sells within the assigned book of business
Negotiate client contract renewals focusing on increased Annual Recurring Revenue and long-term relationships
Generate proposals and documentation to assist in the sales process while managing and reporting the sales pipelineRequired qualificationsPost-secondary degree, preferably in business or a related field
5+ years of experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling
Strong time management and organizational skills
Outgoing and personable nature with a sales-driven attitude
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
