Developmental Services, Inc. (DSI) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will coordinate care plans, monitor services, and help ensure smooth operations for people in our care. You will supervise Team Managers and communicate with families and providers to maintain consistency and quality of care. This role includes an on-call rotation outside regular hours to address urgent needs.
