Tanning Consultant - Sea Girt

Key Responsibilities: Welcoming clients and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Evaluating skin types and recommending the most suitable tanning equipment, products, and safety guidelines Explaining the tanning process clearly, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed Keeping tanning rooms and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Recommending and selling lotions and retail products based on client needs Consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat visits Maintaining accurate client records, including preferences and tanning history Opening and closing the salon according to company standards Benefits Discounts on products and services Opportunities for advancement and professional development A fun, supportive, and well run work environment Referral incentives Commission and bonus opportunities 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision and life insurance (Fulltime) Paid Time off (Fulltime)
