About the role

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Metallurgist to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have a background in Metallurgy and related lab tests and procedures. The Staff Metallurgist will lead CAPA implementations, develop and update SOPs, manage external laboratory testing, calibrate and maintain lab equipment, plan testing to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards, and evaluate design/process/material changes
