Role Description:
The Operations Coordinator at nazo ltds is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting daily operational activities and ensuring smooth internal processes. This role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks that keep projects and teams organized. The Operations Coordinator will monitor workflows, track key operational metrics, and communicate with team members and customers to resolve issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing reports, updating databases, handling customer inquiries, and supporting leadership with meeting preparation and follow-up. This role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication in a remote setting.
Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making. Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in Operations Management to coordinate processes, improve efficiencies, and support daily business activities. Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and contribute to a positive client experience. Administrative Assistance experience, including scheduling, document management, and organizing remote meetings. Proficiency with common digital tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms).Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Relevant education or training in business, operations, administration, or a related field is preferred.
