Client is seeking a Senior Analyst, IS Business Support to support the Redmond Manufacturing Team by maintaining and troubleshooting SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES systems. The role involves working closely with manufacturing, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and support ongoing system improvements.
Required Skills: Experience conducting IT/User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Strong SAP experience, including:
  • Production BOMsProduction Work Orders
  • Troubleshooting data/configuration issues impacting order flow.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing computer systems and working directly with onsite manufacturing teams.
Preferred Skills: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. Technical troubleshooting, issue tracking, and resolution coordination. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices preferred).Knowledge of:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Troubleshoot production and work-order issues within SAP and MES systems. Partner with manufacturing and IT teams to investigate system issues. Execute testing for data fixes, enhancements, and bug fixes. Track and escalate issues through Service Now. Support manufacturing operations by ensuring system reliability and data accuracy. Experience supporting SAP, manufacturing operations, UAT testing, and cross-functional troubleshooting is critical for success in this role.
