About the role

We are seeking a full-time Trucking Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our customer service and dispatch team. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation routes, drivers, equipment, and shipments while ensuring customer commitments are met and deliveries run efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment At least 1 year of customer service or logistics experience preferred
What You'll Do:
  • Manage transportation routes and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with drivers, operational staff, and customers
  • Ensure all commitments to customers are fulfilled
  • Schedule appointments and track shipments
  • Analyze equipment usage and optimize driver efficiency
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing equipment with drivers
  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics (1 year minimum)
  • High School diploma/GED required (bachelor's degree preferred)
