About the role
Arhaus seeks a Director of Sourcing, Upholstery to optimize global sourcing strategies, drive supplier collaboration, and deliver cost, quality, and sustainability goals. You will lead the Upholstery division, set vendor matrices, negotiate major procurements, and align with the Vice President of Sourcing to advance revenue and value.
You will build a world-class sourcing center of excellence, manage cross-functional relationships, and travel up to 35% to engage suppliers and stakeholders
