Universal Avionics is seeking a Manager, Packaging and Optics to lead the Packaging and Optics team within Hardware Development. You’ll oversee mechanical engineering, PCB design, and optical systems, guiding projects from concept through qualification while developing engineers. This role blends hands-on technical direction with people leadership, requiring collaboration across Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Program Management to deliver reliable avionics hardware.
