About the role

Life Link Foundation, Inc. seeks a Sterile Processing Team Leader to manage the Central Service department. The role oversees instrument processing, sterilization, and distribution, providing leadership in the absence of supervisors and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates have at least 8 years in Central Service or Sterile Processing, and hold CRCST or equivalent certification. This is an on-site, full-time role in Tampa, FL with a Friday–Sunday schedule.
