Full TimeAbout UsAs a Events Marketing Assistant, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and delivering value that makes a measurable difference. Job Summary:
You’ll be the key point of contact for customers. You'll answer any questions, queries and concerns all while being the face of the company! Your role ensures that all customers feel informed, supported, and excited while learning about our Client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions
- Handle inquiries related to pricing and general information
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's products and services
Qualifications1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences
