About the role
Supporting Account Managers and client teams, the full-time German Speaking Account Executive will manage client tasks, workflows, and communications in a fully remote environment, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities:
Support Account Managers by organizing and tracking client tasks, updates, and workflows using AI tools
Translate client requests and account context into clear action items and maintain visibility on project statuses
Communicate effectively in both German and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in client interactionsRequired qualificationsNative or near-native proficiency in spoken and written German, with strong written English skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools in professional or personal projects
Strong judgment in reviewing AI outputs for quality and relevance
Ability to design and improve workflows, demonstrating a systems-thinking approach
Proven capacity for prioritization and effective communication in a remote work environment
