Description: Fox Rothschild is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented associate to join our growing construction practice in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience. This position offers meaningful client interaction, substantial responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills. Experience handling complex commercial disputes and Florida construction litigation. Confidence in managing cases from inception through resolution. Law firm experience preferred. Work Environment & Physical Demands This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. Physical Requirements Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
