About the role
Customer Project Manager This Customer-facing position is responsible for managing and executing special projects as assigned by the Customer solutions team. Projects may include, but not limited to, logistics coordination and support for key Customer requirements and initiatives for special projects. Communicates routinely with Customer Support Manager and customer leadership teams with updates as to progress and issues.
Responsibilities:
Meet with Customer representatives to understand initiative requirements and develop action plans
Develop sourcing strategies for QA sensory programs to meet Customer's defined criteria and minimize total product movements
Coordinate with transportation providers to identify cost effective freight solutions to meet Customer objectives
Provide white glove coordination and follow up from source to destination relative to issues based on routine tracking and resolution activities.
Organize and ensure proper billing/support, including NAP, is provided to AR for invoicing; support issue resolution as needed for collections
Coordinate with functional areas within Armada to ensure that necessary operational processes are in place for new business implementations
Manages key Customer projects and data in a timely and accurate manner within their proprietary systems
Other project management support as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Experience Requirement
Minimum:
5-7 years in a supply chain related capacity distribution, transportation, planning, forecasting, procurement, quality systems, etc.
Foodservice industry experience highly desirable
A history of personal business success is more vital than a degree BS/MBA degree in business, engineering, finance, or logistics preferred
Language and Technical Skills requirement:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project (or related project management tracking software) and Outlook
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management terms and concepts.

Work is usually performed in an office environment with normal noise levels. Involves prolonged sitting, and computer usage.
