A fast-growing AI software company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Founding Engineer in NYC to help build a modern enterprise ai native management platform. You will be the lead developer responsible for the development the technology and ai layer, and will responsible to transform it into a scalable software platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. If you are looking for ownership, autonomy, and a chance to work at fast paced start up shipping products from 0-1, this may be the role for you. This role is fully remote across the US.
Responsibilities: Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable codeCreating scalable software platformsDeveloping agentic ai agents or fine tuning LLMs, creating RAG architectureSystem design and architectureCloud native architecture and product developmentWorking closely with stakeholders and clientsCoordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standardsSupport test and deployment of new products and featuresParticipate in code reviewsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)4+ years of relevant work experienceStart up experience or shipping a product from 0-1Expertise in React/Next.js, Typescript and PythonExpertise in system design and architectureExperience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
