Caring Senior Service | Care Manager At Caring Senior Service, we believe every senior deserves dignity, independence, and comfort at home. We're looking for a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day. This is a leadership role not just a scheduling position. What You'll DoLead the Care Team Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain caregivers Set clear expectations and promote accountability Build a positive, supportive team culture Manage Client Care Support new client onboarding Communicate with clients and families Address concerns quickly and professionally Help ensure consistent, high-quality care Own Scheduling Manage caregiver schedules and coverage Handle call-offs and last-minute changes Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility Lead From the FrontStep in with companionship or ADL support when needed Do whatever it takes to help ensure uninterrupted care
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years leadership or management experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Problem-solver who takes ownership
  • Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred, not required
  • English/Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Valid driver's license + insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background and registry checks
  • Schedule & Compensation$50,000 starting salary + bonus
  • MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PMRotating evening/weekend on-call West Houston office + local travel
