About Us: Please & Thank You is building a team of high performers who are eager to serve guests, grow in their knowledge of coffee and hospitality, and be a key contributor to the team around them as well as to the company as a whole. Hospitality comes first, for guests and for each other, and every team member plays a direct role in that, everyday. We are looking for driven and coachable team members who enjoy working with people and serving others.
Responsibilities: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers Craft espresso drinks and other beverages to high standards Bake and serve baked goods, cookies included, with care Follow shift checklists to keep the cafe clean, stocked, and guest-ready Handle orders and payments accurately Participate in ongoing training
What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for hospitality and serving people Curiosity and care about the craftA calm, reliable presence in a busy work environment Availability for some early mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, not required Attention to detail and being receptive to direct feedback Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment Job Details Hourly, part-time or full-time
