About the role

Davidson Transit Organization (DTO), the employment unit of WeGo Public Transit, seeks a Director of Fleet Maintenance to lead strategy, policy, and standards for the fleet across multiple facilities. This role oversees staffing, budgets, and OEM relations while ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable service across shifts including overnight and weekends. The Director will set long-term goals, manage capital plans, and coordinate with executive leadership, the FTA, and vehicle manufacturers.
