About the role
Amrize is seeking a Production Manager CEM at the Theodore Cement Plant in Alabama. You will lead the production department to meet budgeted output while upholding safety, environmental and quality standards. You will guide plant personnel, coordinate with other departments, and contribute to long‑term improvement plans.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Science or Engineering and at least 7 years cement plant experience, with proficiency in SAP, Word and Excel. Travel ~10% may be involved.
