About the role

Senior Aerospace SSP in California seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across non-union sites, splitting time between Spencer Aerospace (Valencia) and SSP (Burbank). You will manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and HRIS with a strong focus on compliance and service delivery. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in HR Generalist roles (aerospace/manufacturing desirable), and experience with ADP Enterprise and standard MS Office
