Are you a licensed DC, MD, or VA real estate agent who thrives on conversation, connection, and conversion? Our top-producing real estate team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join us and play a critical role in helping grow our business.

We are a collaborative, high performance team that values professionalism, communication, and results. We generate a high volume of leads and are looking for a talented ISA to work those leads, set appointments, and drive business forward.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with inbound leads via phone, text, and email Prospect and follow up with cold and warm leads daily Qualify buyers and sellers and set appointments for our agents Track and manage leads using our CRM and follow-up systems Maintain strong scripts and objection-handling techniques Provide a seamless experience that reflects our team’s service standards
Requirements:
Active real estate license (REQUIRED)Proven ability to convert conversations into appointments Strong communication and organizational skills High comfort level with phone-based outreach and CRM platforms Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented
Compensation:
Base Salary plus bonus pay per closed transaction tied to closings linked to your efforts. This role offers uncapped earning potential based on performance.
