About the role
Overview:
Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and serve as the primary contact for user inquiries and technical issues. Monitor application performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external support teams. Troubleshoot application errors, service disruptions, and functionality concerns while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Develop and maintain application support documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Perform data corrections, record updates, and authorized database modifications as required. Investigate outages, performance issues, and application defects using established troubleshooting procedures. Coordinate application version upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities with vendors and internal technology teams. Schedule and execute service account password updates and ensure application connectivity is maintained.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and business teams.
Nice to have:
Ability to develop SQL queries, procedures, data vies etc. Ability to develop reports and simple dashboards using Spotfire/Power BI and Easy BIKnowledge of Good Lab Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices or other GxP practices with a focus on Data Integrity.
