About the role
- Partner with executive and operational leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop a team of HR Managers supporting multiple locations across several states
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and complex people matters
- Strengthen stakeholder confidence by improving HR responsiveness, communication, accountability, and execution
- Guide organizational change initiatives, restructuring efforts, and business transformation activities
- Utilize workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve organizational performance
- Foster consistency in HR practices, policies, and employee experiences across multiple locations and business units
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership to support hiring strategies and workforce growth
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience 5-7+ years of HR leadership experience, including regional Director-level responsibilities
- Industry experience supporting large-scale warehousing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or 3PL operations, with a demonstrated track record partnering with operational leadership across complex, multi-site and multi-state environments
- Demonstrated success supporting large employee populations of 1,000+ employees
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing HR Managers and HR leadership teams
- Strong background in: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior operational leaders and business executives
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, moving seamlessly between high-level planning and day-to-day execution
- Experience supporting warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, supply chain, or other operationally intensive environmentsSHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR, or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or integration initiatives
- Background working within highly matrixed organizations
- Prior experience supporting geographically dispersed workforces and large field operations networks
