Job Type: Full-TimeArbors Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a 190-unit Senior/Disabled subsidized high-rise in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities: Manage leasing, tenant recertifications (Annual/Interim), waitlists, and HUD/Section 8 compliance. Oversee property finances, rent collections, deposits, and magistrate filings when necessary. Direct on-site maintenance staff, process work orders, and conduct regular unit/grounds inspections. Maintain strict confidentiality, accurate electronic resident files, and Fair Housing standards.
Qualifications: Property Management experience in affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD).Valid PA Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 1 year).Strong computer proficiency, budget management skills, and solid communication skills. Valid driver's license and capable of passing criminal background & drug screenings.
