Business Analyst With Financial DomainLocation: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: W2 / C2C Contract Experience: 10+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented Data Remediation Analyst with a strong background in data management, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the financial industry. In this role, the person will be responsible for driving the data remediation efforts in the CDO which includes but not limited to:Develop and implement a comprehensive data remediation planEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps or data quality issuesMonitor and track progress of data remediation efforts, and provide regular updates to managementConduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure data integrityIdentify areas for process improvement and recommend efficient proceduresPrepare and present reports to senior management on the status of data remediation effortsIdentify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the success of remediation activitiesProactively communicate with clients and stakeholders to address any mitigation concerns or questionsSkills5-10 years of experienceConduct analysis of business processes and functional requirementsAbility to document, communicate and validate findingsIdentify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources, and system specifications.Ability to translate business problems into requirements, process changes, test cases, data mapping, etc.Proficient in MMS Office applications, experience with MS Project a plusAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to data transformation, functions/expressions, VBA, MacrosIntermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL or other coding language a plusIf you are interested, Please share your resume with below basic details:Basic Details:Full Legal Name:Current Location with Zip Code:LinkedIn URL:Regards, Ashish Rastogi Technical Recruiter | Syntricate Technologies Inc.
