Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to lift 75lbs Locate utilities and check for clearances Demonstrate ability to position, join, align, and seal HDPE products of all sizes Demonstrate ability to work with coaxial and fiber optic cable Knowledge of customer requirements and specifications Prepare job site for direction drilling activities Safely and efficiently operate tools and equipment based on job requirements Ability to follow direction Assist with drill fluid mixing Basic knowledge of reamer operation Proper attachment of pullers/swivels/clevises/ reamers to drill stem Demonstrate ability to perform site restoration and clean up Demonstrate ability to set cable pedestals and vaults Ability to recognize and communicate risks and/or hazardous conditions on job site
Additional Qualifications:
The following qualifications are not required but would be advantageous: Ability to operate equipment/tool Knowledge of horizontal directional drilling equipment Mechanical experience/skillCDL Class ASatisfactory Driving Record Ability to operation Horizontal directional drill and Locating equipment
