Own P&L, execution, and delivery while scaling teams and winning complex data center work.
What You’ll Do: Drive P&L performance, growth, and profitability Lead large-scale data center electrical projects end-to-end Partner with PMs, Superintendents, and BD to win and deliver work Manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality across all projects Build and lead high-performing teams Strengthen client relationships and execution strategy Why This Role You’ll lead the projects everyone is chasing—high-value, complex work where your leadership directly drives outcomes, growth, and market impact.
