About the role

Seeking a contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for General & Administrative (G&A) and Accounting functions across our growing organization for our client that helps investment firms manage the operational and financial side of running investment funds. This is a remote role but may require occasional onsite office time - NYC based recruiters only please - New York, NY 10022 recruiters preferred This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across finance, accounting, HR, legal, compliance, operations, and other corporate support teams. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within financial services, professional services, or private markets environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within finance, accounting, or professional services Experience recruiting for G&A functions including Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations Ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy Strong candidate assessment and interview management skills Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsNYC-based or ability to work in a hybrid New York office environment
