CIP Maintenance Technician In support of our client, an international Automotive manufacturer, we are searching for a CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Maintenance Technician to join their team located in Chattanooga, TN. This is a long term of indefinite
DUTIES: Preventive and on-call maintenance of automotive manufacturing equipment. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: This is an entry level, industrial manufacturing maintenance technician position (0-2 years of experience). This person will be doing everything from cleaning up the workspace to repairing/replacing and working with robotic equipment. Candidate should be open to possible shift work.
