About the role

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations, monitor equipment performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires an Associate's Degree with 3–5 years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Up to 25% travel may be required. This position is safety-sensitive and based in our GD-OTS facilities.
