Job Description:
My Kids Childcare Inc. is seeking a caring, responsible, and motivated individual for an entry-level position working with children. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for early childhood development and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: Provide attentive supervision to ensure childrens' safety at all times
Assist with diapering and basic hygiene needs
Encourage children to eat meals and try new foods
Support positive interactions and prevent conflicts between children
Model appropriate behavior and social skills
Help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old OR a junior/senior currently enrolled in a high school Early Childhood Education (ECE) program
High school diploma (or in progress for eligible students)
Genuine desire to work with children
Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
Willingness to assist with all aspects of childcare, including diapering
