ERP Project Manager

Job Description Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise transformation initiative involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management within a GCC High environment.Key Responsibilities:Own the overall ERP project roadmap, execution strategy, governance structure, and delivery accountabilityServe as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partnersLead Executive Steering Committee meetings and provide project status reporting to leadershipDevelop and manage the master implementation plan across all project workstreamsEstablish project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalation procedures, governance frameworks, communication cadences, and risk management processesManage project scope, budget, resource planning, schedules, vendor accountability, and change control processesCoordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and ITDrive alignment between business objectives, technical execution, compliance requirements, and partner activitiesERP Implementation ManagementLead full lifecycle ERP implementation activities from discovery through post-go-live stabilizationCoordinate all major implementation phases including:Solution designConfigurationData migrationIntegrationsTesting and UATTrainingCutover and go-live supportPartner closely with implementation consultants, solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business leadersFacilitate issue resolution and executive decision-making across business and technical teamsMaintain strong onsite engagement with stakeholders and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.GCC High & Compliance OversightEnsure implementation activities align with GCC High operational and security requirementsCoordinate compliance considerations related to ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, and NIST-aligned controlsCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams regarding identity, governance, access control, and data protection requirementsGovern compliance-sensitive deployment activities and secure integration strategiesRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizen requiredMust be local able to work onsite in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA throughout the duration of the project8+ years of enterprise ERP project management experience3+ full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management implementationsProven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives lasting 12+ monthsBachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferredStrong experience managing:ERP governance and Program Management processes.Multi-workstream ERP deploymentsExecutive stakeholder communication oVendor and implementation partner coordinationCross-functional business teamsScope, budget, and risk managementExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)Data driven decision making• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills\nCompany DescriptionPDS Defense offers talent acquisition and SOW/Engineering solutions in the aerospace, defense, machinery, communications, energy, technology and service industries.We’re focused on developing strong, lasting relationships with our customers to deliver creative and comprehensive solutions that support their talent acquisition strategies.
