About the role
The TEAM in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant to support agents with a variety of administrative tasks in client and internal matters. This role will be in-person 5 days/week based in the LA office.
Responsibilities include maintaining artist contact records, updating bios and riders, entering offers, issuing contracts, coordinating with accounting on invoices and payments, and handling travel and visa processes as needed. Base salary is $47,500 with potential bonus based on performance.
