If you are already producing results but want more ownership, more income upside, meaningful work, and the opportunity to grow with an ambitious organization, we should talk. KMMAUSA is looking for a proven sales professional to become the Sales & Enrollment Director for our Port Richey academy. This is not simply a front-desk position or a traditional martial arts job. You will own a sales pipeline, help families make meaningful decisions, earn directly from the results you create, and play an important role in growing one of our academies. And you do not need to be a martial artist. We can teach you KMMA.We're looking for you to bring the sales ability, hunger, resilience, character, and ownership mindset.
The Opportunity:
As Sales & Enrollment Director, you will own new-student enrollment and student ascension for the academy. That includes: Building and managing your sales pipeline Following up with leads and prospects Creating new opportunities through outbound activity Conducting enrollment consultations Building relationships and identifying customer needs Handling objections professionally Closing new enrollments Helping existing students advance into higher-level programs Maintaining strong CRM and follow-up discipline Working with instructors, leadership, and marketing to grow the academy Marketing and outreach will provide opportunities. But we're especially interested in someone who doesn't need to wait for the perfect calendar. When the pipeline is light, you create activity. When someone says no, you take the next rep. When you're coached, you get better. When you produce more, you expect to earn more. We call that being a KMMA intrapreneur. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Humble. Hungry. Smart. You are organized, resilient, competitive, coachable, and comfortable being measured by results. You take ownership rather than making excuses. You follow through. You can build genuine relationships while still confidently asking people to make decisions. Rejection doesn't shut you down. Challenge tends to activate you. And most importantly, you can demonstrate that you have actually produced results in sales, recruiting, enrollment, or another performance-driven environment. Experience That Could Be an Excellent Fit We're open to great salespeople from many industries, but experience selling personal or professional transformation may translate especially well, including: Fitness or personal training Membership sales College admissions or recruiting Education or tutoring Coaching or professional development Youth-development programs Martial arts or dance High-ticket consultative sales Other relationship-driven sales environments Martial arts experience is welcome but not required. Compensation & Earning Opportunity Target earnings: approximately $70,000–$90,000+ with uncapped upside. The compensation plan includes:$38,400 guaranteed annual base salary + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses. Your results have a significant impact on your income. Strong producers can build into the $70,000–$90,000+ range. Exceptional producers who substantially exceed target have a realistic path to $100,000+, with no artificial commission ceiling. We want our best people to make great money—because when you are earning exceptional compensation, it means you are creating exceptional results. Why KMMAUSA?KMMA is a Blackbelt Leadership Academy that also teaches highly practical self-defense. We help children and adults develop: Focus. Respect. Discipline. Confidence. Gratitude. Vision. We develop stronger students, stronger families, and stronger leaders. What we sell matters. And we're growing. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to: Produce results. Earn well. Develop as a leader. Take real ownership. Help build something meaningful. Grow with us. High performers who demonstrate results, character, and leadership ability can earn increasing responsibility as KMMA grows. Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position at our Port Richey, Florida academy. Our highest-value sales and customer hours are in the afternoons and evenings, and the position includes some weekend responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working when our customers are available. Interested? If you're already winning in sales but believe you are capable of more—with the right mission, opportunity, and upside—we'd like to meet you. When you apply, don't just tell us that you're a great salesperson. Tell us what you've sold, what results you've produced, and why you believe you would thrive in a performance-driven environment like KMMA.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
