About the role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Manufacturing to run our machine shop. Every part produced in house goes through you: fixturing, toolpaths, and shop organization.
ResponsibilitiesFixturing, toolpaths, tooling, and shop organization
Design and machine custom fixtures
Set up toolholders, tool offsets, and work offsets
Work closely with engineering team to keep parts optimized for manufacturability
Qualifications:
Several years of experience managing a full sized CNC
Experience with a 3 axis CNC
Extensive Fusion 360 experience with CAD and CAM
Experience in a machine shop or company built on rapid iteration
