This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, collaborating across teams, and helping bring strategic healthcare communications programs to life.
The Role:
Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships Support the development and execution of integrated healthcare communications programs Work closely with account, medical, creative, and project management teams to deliver high-quality client work Manage timelines, deliverables, and project details while ensuring work stays on track Contribute to client meetings, status calls, presentations, and strategic discussions Help identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing client relationships Develop a strong understanding of clients, their brands, therapeutic areas, and business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
1–3+ years of experience within a healthcare communications, medical communications, or healthcare agency Strong client service and account management skills Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in healthcare communications Ability to confidently communicate with both internal teams and external clients Why Consider This Opportunity?
