Position Overview:
We are seeking driven individuals with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop sales skills, and build a successful career in recruiting. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
