CAM ReceptionistThe purpose of this position is to aid the Academic Director and Program Manager in the College of Arts & Media.Responsibilities related to purpose:Assist in office duties which include but are not limitedDirecting visitors to the officesScheduling appointments for administrative staffAssist in scheduling eventsAssist in setting up eventsGeneral office dutiesOther duties as assignedEquipment used and responsibility:ComputerCopierPaper cutterQualifications:Must be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be able to work 20 hours a week, with some availability on weekends as neededHours would be flexed should weekend work be required.Student should have customer service skillsA working knowledge of all CAM degree programs is highly recommendedEducation:Grand Canyon University/Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program.Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.Maintain good financial standing with the University.You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.Pay rate: Minimum wageAnticipated end date: June 30, 2027
