About the role
岗位职责独立牵头单条 CTA 策略线，完成从因子挖掘、机器学习建模、回测校验到实盘落地全流程投研；依托 XGBoost/LightGBM、各类树模型、MLP/LSTM 等非线性算法搭建端到端机器学习 CTA；覆盖国内场内商品期货 + 海外全球期货品种投研，聚焦大宗商品赛道；深耕日内中高频交易策略研发落地，不做日线、周频低频 CTA。任职要求全职 CTA 投研 3 年以上，近数年持续深耕 CTA 赛道，具备独立带队研发策略的项目经验具备机器学习非线性模型落地实盘履历，完整经历 ML 策略从研究到上线拥有国内 + 境外商品期货实盘研究经验头部量化自营 / 正规私募从业经历优先硕士及以上学历，数学、统计、物理等数理类相关专业优先。
