Program Manager - WorkdayClient Location: Chicago, ILType: 12-18+ month ContractNote: This position is a hybrid role working in Chicago 1-2 times weekly and remote other days.Responsibilities: This individual will lead ongoing organization-wide Workday implementation and business transformation program currently in progress. This individual will be responsible for maintaining program momentum, assessing the current state of the program, managing execution across remaining implementation phases, and ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and stabilization of Workday solutions. This person will also serve as the primary liaison among leadership, functional stakeholders, Information Technology teams, the Workday implementation partner, and supporting third-party vendors. Working within an established program framework, the individual will provide oversight of scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder engagement while driving accountability across all parties.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.Minimum of 7 years of experience managing ERP, HCM, Finance, Payroll, or similar enterprise application implementations.Direct experience serving as Program Manager for two or more full-cycle Workday implementations. (highly preferred)Experience assuming leadership of an in-flight ERP or Workday implementation and successfully guiding the program through completion.Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide programs involving multiple business functions, stakeholder groups, and workstreams.Proven experience managing implementation partners, system integrators, consulting organizations, and third-party vendors.Experience overseeing complex program budgets, schedules, and resource plans.Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk management practices, and change control processes.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations and reporting.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions within complex organizational environments.Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP®) or another certificationContact:Ashley Falkenberg | Senior Recruiting ConsultantForbes Technical Consulting LLC | 343 W Erie St. Suite 520 | Chicago, IL 60654E ajones@forbestc.com
