About the role

Lead a retail sales department by coaching associates, building customer relationships, supporting merchandising, and helping achieve sales and account goals. Work alongside the sales team to serve customers, assess performance, provide feedback, and resolve customer and department needs. Schedule includes rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts. Motivate, train, coach, and lead associates in delivering outstanding customer service. Build customer relationships to grow department business. Perform sales associate duties and meet individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service, sales, and department results. Provide feedback on customer service, selling, and account statistics. Develop solutions for customer problems and department needs.
