- Fellowship training in Neuroanesthesia
- 1,848 hours annually for 1.0 FTE (8, 10, 12 hour shifts available)
- Additional compensation with Unrestricted Call
- Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to obtain AZ DEA license
- Annual Compensation of $519K
- Up to $100k Sign-On Bonus
- Student Loan Repayment available

- Up to $25,000 in value-based compensation annually (based on achieving performance metrics)
- Night/Weekend/Holiday pay differential
