About the role

Job Description The Selling Branch Manager leads a small team to drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and retention of existing clients. Reporting to the District Manager, this role balances field sales activities with branch operations management, ensuring compliance, budget oversight, and effective team development. A significant portion of time (approximately 75%) is dedicated to field sales, emphasizing direct customer engagement and relationship management.
