About the role
Knightscope, Inc. is seeking an experienced backend engineer to own the video and streaming backend powering Signals, transitioning from a third-party vendor to internal ownership. This remains the highest-traffic backend in Signals, shaping the platform for years to come.
You will collaborate with UI, ML/CV teams, define SLOs, and drive cost optimization while scaling real-time video pipelines on onsite Sunnyvale infrastructure.
