Full-Time Parts Counter Sales Specialist - Agriculture & Heavy Equipment Build a career in equipment parts with a locally owned dealership that has been serving Colorado and Wyoming for decades. Ron's Equipment (REC Corp) is looking for a dependable, mechanically minded Parts Specialist to join our team. You'll work directly with customers, technicians and leading equipment brands including JCB and Massey Ferguson while developing valuable agricultural and heavy-equipment parts expertise.

You may be a great fit if you enjoy figuring out how things work, like helping customers solve problems, are comfortable using computers and parts catalogs, stay organized when things get busy, and take ownership of getting the correct part into a customer's hands. This position is responsible for assisting customers in all aspects of their agricultural/construction parts needs. From helping to obtain accurate part numbers, ordering, shipping and selling parts. Maintaining accurate inventory of all parts on hand, coming in and shipping out, with a high attention to detail. Work with the service department to ensure their parts needs are met. Each employee is responsible and accountable for conducting their job tasks in a safe, healthy, and environmentally prudent manner.
