About the role

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager for Corporate Transaction Tax & Advisory, EM E (CTTA). The role focuses on advising multinational groups on non-US tax aspects of global separations, divestitures, and cross-border restructurings. You will work with regional teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM to deliver tax-efficient transaction solutions.
