About the role
To support the Legal team, the full-time salaried Senior Contracts Analyst will review, process, and maintain contracts related to professional services while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Review and analyze client contracts, vendor agreements, and legal documents to balance risk and expediency
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with contractual terms
Recommend improvements to contract review workflows and assist with contract management system optimization
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
Five years of experience in contract compliance, legal support, or contract administration in a professional services environment
Familiarity with contract terminology and risk/compliance principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
