About the role
Parking Enforcement Attendant Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company seeking a dependable, observant, and customer-focused Parking Enforcement Attendant to join our Ballantyne team in Charlotte. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in keeping things running fairly and efficiently, we'd love to have you on board! As a Parking Enforcement Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining order and compliance across your assigned area. Day-to-day, you will patrol designated areas to monitor adherence to parking regulations, issue citations or warnings to vehicles found in violation of parking rules, report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles to the appropriate parties, provide friendly and helpful customer service by addressing questions and assisting guests with parking-related concerns, and maintain accurate and thorough records of all citations issued and incidents encountered. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment. Strong recordkeeping skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. At Legacy Parking, we believe that great parking experiences start with great people. Join a growing company that values integrity, professionalism, and team spirit with real opportunities to grow as we expand across new markets.*Looking for part-time flexible hours*
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
