The new Executive Director will focus on audience development, increasing contributed revenue, ensuring long-term financial sustainability, and enhancing organizational capacity. This role requires a leader with strategic vision and practical skills to transform artistic goals into lasting organizational success. The Executive Director will manage a team of six staff members, including three direct reports, and will be instrumental in guiding the orchestra's mission of bringing Baroque and early Classical music to life. While experience with a unionized workforce is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000.
